Sažetak: Na prostoru Bosne i Hercegovine (BiH) u periodu posljednjih 150 godina došlo je do smjene više društvenih sistema koji su značajno uticali na razvojne procese, vrednovanje i organizaciju geografskog prostora, a time i na formiranje i morfofizionomiju kulturnog pejzaža. U fokusu rada je višestruka transformacija agrarnog pejzaža dijela Lijevče polja kao odraz istorijsko-geografskog razvoja prostora i promjena u vrednovanju i vlasničkoj strukturi agrarnog zemljišta, sa posljedicama koje se manifestuju u prostorno-funkcionalnoj organizaciji i ukupnom sociogeografskom razvoju posmatranog područja. Društveni procesi i strukture analizirani su primjenom razvojne metode, počev od feudalnog društva u periodu osmanske uprave, preko njemačke kolonizacije i ranog kapitalizma na prelazu iz XIX u XX vijek, zatim uspostavljanja socijalističkih kolektivnih agrosistema sredinom XX vijeka, do tranzicije društvenog sistema u procesu privatizacije početkom XXI vijeka. Karakteristike agrosocijalnih sistema i njihova refleksija na strukturu, organizaciju, funkcije i morfofizionomiju kulturnog pejzaža, kao i na sociogeografski razvoj, analizirane su na studiji slučaja prostora bivšeg PIK-a „Mladen Stojanović“ u Lijevče polju. Komparativnom analizom istorijsko-geografskog razvoja agrostrukture prostora i sociogeografskih procesa, zasnovanom na relevantnoj stručnoj i naučnoj literaturi, istorijskim i geografskim izvorima, kartografskim podlogama, statističkim podacima i terenskim istraživanjima, utvrđen je karakter procesa koji odražavaju dinamiku razvoja prostora sa dalekosežnim i višestrukim društvenim posljedicama u posmatranom geografskom prostoru. U radu se ukazuje na pozitivne i negativne elemente pojedinih razvojnih faza i sugerišu neophodne mjere u cilju očuvanja agrarno vrijednog prostora Lijevče polja. Savremenom transformacijom posmatranog prostora slabi njegova primarna funkcija, dok se istovremeno ispoljavaju različiti oblici ugroženosti pojedinih prostornih struktura, što ukazuje na potrebu primjene tehničkih, ekoloških i socioekonomskih mjera revitalizacije. Rezultati istraživanja mogu biti korisni prostornom planiranju i lokalnim samoupravama pri usmjeravanju razvojnih procesa, donošenju odluka u planiranju i uređenju prostora i upravljanju zemljištem, te rad ima i teorijski i aplikativni karakter.

Abstract: Over the past 150 years, the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) has undergone several shifts in social systems that have significantly influenced development processes, the valuation and organization of geographical space, and consequently the formation and morphophysiognomy of the cultural landscape. This paper focuses on the multiple transformations of the agrarian landscape of a part of the Lijevče Plain as a reflection of the area’s historical–geographical development and changes in the valuation and ownership structure of agricultural land, with consequences manifested in spatial–functional organization and the overall sociogeographical development of the studied area. Social processes and structures were analyzed using a developmental approach, ranging from the feudal system during the period of Ottoman rule, through German colonization and early capitalism at the turn of the nineteenth to the twentieth century, followed by the establishment of socialist collective agrosystems in the mid-twentieth century, to the transition of the social system during the privatization process at the beginning of the twenty-first century. The characteristics of agrosocial systems and their reflections on the structure, organization, functions, and morphophysiognomy of the cultural landscape, as well as on sociogeographical development, were examined through a case study of the area of the former Agricultural–Industrial Combine “Mladen Stojanović” in the Lijevče Plain. A comparative analysis of the historical–geographical development of the agrarian structure and sociogeographical processes, based on relevant scientific and professional literature, historical and geographical sources, cartographic materials, statistical data, and field research, identified the nature of processes reflecting the spatial development dynamics with far-reaching and multiple social consequences in the studied geographical area. The paper highlights both positive and negative elements of specific development phases and proposes necessary measures aimed at preserving the agriculturally valuable space of the Lijevče Plain. Contemporary transformations of the studied area have weakened its primary function, while various forms of vulnerability of individual spatial structures have emerged, indicating the need for the implementation of technical, environmental, and socioeconomic revitalization measures. The research results may be useful for spatial planning and local authorities in guiding development processes, decision-making in spatial planning and land-use management, and thus the study has both theoretical and applied relevance.
