Sažetak: Tokom ljeta 2016. godine obavljena su terenska i laboratorijska ispitivanja kvaliteta vode Kotlaničkog jezera na Zelengori, izvora kojim se jezero napaja vodom, te jezerske otoke. Utvrđeni su fizičko-hemijski, sanitarno-mikrobiološki i aprobiološki parametri uzorkovanih voda. Rezultati analiza pokazali su visok ekološki status i odsustvo značajnijih parametara eutrofizacije. Jezerska voda je hipersaturisana fotosintetskom aktivnošću makrofita podvodne livade, a saprobiološka analiza pokazuje oligosaprobna svojstva. Na osnovu kvalitativnog i kvantitativnog sastava algi i cijanobakterija u jezerskoj vodi izračunat je indeks saprobnosti (1.32) prema kome voda Kotlaničkog jezera odgovara prvoj klasi kvaliteta površinskih voda, odnosno oligotrofnim vodama visokog ekološkog statusa. Voda izvora kojim se jezero napaja, kao i voda jezerske otoke, izvrsnog je kvaliteta.

ELEMENTS OF SUSTAINABILITY AND WATER QUALITY OF KOTLANIČKO LAKE

Abstract: During the summer of 2016, field and laboratory examinations were carried out on the quality of the Kotlaničko Lake water, the source by which the lake is supplied with water and on the lake distributary. The physical-chemical, sanitarymicrobiological and saprobiological parameters of the sampled waters were determined. The research results showed a high ecological status and the absence of significant parameters of eutrophication. The lake water is hypersaturated by photosynthetic activity of the macrophyte of the submersed meadow, whereas saprobiological analysis determined oligosaprobic characteristics. Based on the qualitative and quantitative composition of algae and cyanobacteria in the lake water, the saprobity index of 1.32 was calculated which suggests that Kotlaničko Lake corresponds to Class I of surface water quality of, i.e. it is characterized by oligotrophic waters of high ecological status. The water of the source that supplies the lake, as well as the water of the lake’s distributary, is of an excellent quality.
